Terms of service

Last updated 24 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and portfolbio ("we") for using portfolbio.online. By making an account or a page, you agree to them. Please read the acceptable use policy as well: it's part of these terms.

Your account

Usernames

Your username is yours to use, not to own. We can reclaim or change a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, misleads people, or that the platform needs. If we do, we'll tell you and, where we can, redirect the old address. Some names are reserved.

Your content

Paid features

The service

We work to keep portfolbio running, but we can't promise it will never go down or that every feature will last forever. If we ever close the service, we'll give at least 90 days' notice and a way to export your page.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using portfolbio at any time, and delete your account yourself from the dashboard. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the acceptable use policy, or that put people or the service at risk. Where it's safe and lawful, we'll say why and how to appeal: email [email protected].

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let us limit, and nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, we're responsible only for loss or damage that was a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care and skill. We aren't responsible for business losses, or for losing content you could have kept a copy of: you can download your page and all your data from the dashboard at any time. Where we are responsible, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you've paid us and £100.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell account holders by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protections of your local law and can bring a claim where you live.
